Where am I located? What are the hours?

For my safety, and yours, I am currently only meeting with clients virtually/online.

Office hours are Tuesday's and Thursday's from 10am-7pm, and on Sunday's from 10am-5pm.

Do I accept insurance?

I do NOT accept insurance. I work with self-paying clients only. If your health insurance plan has "out of network" benefits for mental/behavioral health I can provide you with a Superbill receipt to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. 

How much is a self-pay session?

$130 for our first session (Intake and Assessment)

Wellness requires an investment in yourself, your health, and your well-being. Mental and emotional health impacts every area of your life. When mental and emotional health is off-balance your personal life, professional life, relationships, educational achievement, and physical health are negatively impacted. 

What forms of payment do I accept?

I accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA/HRA cards, Venmo, Paypall, or Zelle.

How do I schedule a session?
