Do I accept insurance?
Because I respect your privacy and support your right to be in total control of your mental health services, I have opted out of contracting with insurance companies. I do not accept insurance; I work with self-paying clients only. I can provide you with a Superbill receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You may also use HSA/FSA cards to pay for sessions.
Where are I located? What are my hours?
Sessions are offered exclusively online/virtual via a secure platform. I meet with clients on Thursday's 12pm-7pm, Saturday's 10am-3pm, and Sunday's 10am-3pm.
What are my rates?
Individual therapy sessions are are 50-minutes and priced at $125 per session.
Private yoga sessions are 40 minutes and priced at $75.
Guided meditation sessions are 30-50 minutes and are priced between $65-$85 depending on desired length of session.
What forms of payment do I accept?
I accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards. A valid credit card is securely kept on file and charged at the time of your appointment.
