Maternal Mental Health

Sometimes, difficult emotions are attached to breastfeeding, infertility, pregnancy loss or termination, high risk pregnancies, traumatic birthing experiences or parenting a baby with unique needs. These struggles are often not talked about which can create another layer of stress, shame, guilt, and isolation. For those women brave enough to speak their truth, there's help. Therapy is a safe place to learn how to navigate the highs and lows of trying to conceive, pregnancy, and all things parenthood.
