Because you are not taking care of your mind, body, and spirit you feel depressed, anxious, uptight, stagnant, irritable, and hopeless. ​Painful experiences from your past, unprocessed emotions, negative self-talk, fear, and living un-authentically stalls your happiness. 

I can help you! My therapy sessions include holistic modalities such as mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. I create a space where you feel comfortable to speak without fear of judgement or criticism. In this space we identify and uproot limitations and imbalances in your mind, body, and spirit. Lets work together!

Life experiences sometimes become stuck in the body causing muscle tension and overall physical discomfort. Yoga helps release blockages caused by stress, trauma, and unprocessed emotions. The mind and body are connected. Physical discomfort can cause mental and emotional distress. Likewise, mental and emotional distress can cause physical discomfort. Movement is essential to a healthy lifestyle. Yoga helps relax the body and calm the mind; it is an excellent form of self-care.

In your yoga session we will explore mind, body, and spirit. We'll focus on relaxation and increasing your ability to sense your body so you can tend to your physical and emotional needs. Little or no prior yoga experience? No problem! Your session will be adjusted to meet your fitness level. Yoga is for anyone! Sessions include guided meditation and incorporate vibrational singing bowls.
